Job Requirements

Jay’s Lawn Services is looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals who meet the following:


  • High School Diploma (or GED)
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Professional Appearance
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced problem solving skills and proven time management
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds (8-10) hours per day
  • Able and willing to work in various weather conditions (8-10) hours per day
  • Previous sales experience is an asset but is not required
  • Previous lawn or landscape experience is desired
